What brands of endoscopes do you repair?

We repair all major brands of flexible and rigid endoscopes, including but not limited to Olympus, Pentax, Fujinon, Storz, Wolf, ACMI, and Richard Wolf.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days, though we offer expedited services for urgent needs. Complex repairs may take longer, but we'll always provide a timeline estimate upfront.

What warranty do you provide on repairs?

  • All Original Pentax spare parts come with a standard 3-month warranty from the date of invoice.
  • All Aftermarket “Third Party” spare parts come with a 6-month warranty from the date of invoice.
  • Regardless of spares used, our workmanship carries a 6-month warranty from the date of invoice.
  • The Warranty only covers defective spare parts and workmanship when the equipment is used in accordance with its design, accidental damage, negligence and intentional damage are not covered by the warranty.
  • Due to the nature of fluid contamination, the warranty will only cover the spare parts we have replaced. Any problems that may arise due to previous fluid contamination on any other parts will be quoted for separately.

Yes, we offer customized preventative maintenance programs designed to extend the life of your equipment and reduce unexpected downtime. These can be scheduled quarterly, bi-annually, or annually based on your usage patterns.
